A Cutthroat but a loyal ally against the scourge of the Bilge Rats, Silvestre Salvador has a short temper and a heavy stroke with his trusty cutlass. Though he never wanted a command of his own, Salvador has shown himself an able captain, rallying his crew with great ferocity.
