A self-sufficient Spanish Privateer, Lucio Balladares excels at fighting multiple enemies at once using his small swords and pistols. On the high seas, Lucio seems to favor speed above all else, and uses dirty tricks to mask his ship's full armament from the enemy until it is too late.
